Write to the people who run the tools.
No account, no ticket number, no chatbot. A short note goes to the same inbox we use for the converters — a person reads it, usually the same day.
hello@onlineocrtools.com
What to put in the note
Pick the box that fits. A few sentences is enough. It goes to the same inbox as the address above.
A tool went wrong
The convert failed, the text came out garbled, or a format was refused. Name the tool.
Privacy or deletion
How long a file is kept, whether we saw it, or how to wipe it yourself.
Press or the sibling site
A note about OnlineOCRTools, or about financeocrtools.com — same people.
Not this inbox
Account recovery — there are no accounts. Live chat. Ticket status. "Where is my file" — it is gone after 1 hour.
This inbox is not a ticket portal. There is no status page, no chatbot, and no account to recover.
A person, not a queue
Nothing is filed as a ticket. Nothing asks you to make an account. The reply comes back to the address you wrote from.
You write
A short note to hello@onlineocrtools.com. Name the tool if one failed.
A person reads it
Someone on the tools opens it. Not a bot, not a rota of agents. Broken converters go first.
The reply hits your inbox
We write back to the address you gave. There is nothing to track and nothing to log in for.
No ticket to follow
If that feels slow, it is because a person is reading it. This inbox is the way.
Do not send the original file unless we ask. Results on the tools expire after 1 hour.
Before you write
If the answer is already here, skip the inbox. If it is not, write — a person reads it, usually the same day.
Email supportHow fast do you reply?
Usually the same day on weekdays. If a tool is broken for everyone, that mail goes first.
Can I send a file that failed?
Name the tool and what it did. We will ask for the file only if we need it. Do not put contracts or ID scans in the first note.
Do I need an account to write?
There is not one. That is the point of the tools, and of this page.
Is there a phone, chat, or ticket portal?
No. This inbox is the way. If that feels slow, it is because a person is reading it.
