OnlineOCRTools is a website of free OCR and file-conversion tools. You do not create an account. You open a tool, upload a file, and download the result. By using a tool, you agree to these terms.

Convert files you own, or files you have the right to convert. Do not upload malware, try to break or overload the site, scrape it, or use it for anything illegal. We may rate-limit or block traffic that harms the service or other people.

We process a file to convert it and use Cloudflare to deliver and protect the service. We do not sell uploads or use them to train models. Results expire 1 hour after conversion. Privacy explains input expiry, cleanup delays and technical metadata. You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload.

OCR guesses. Photos, handwriting, stamps, and poor scans will miss words or invent them. Tables can shift. Check every result before you rely on it, especially for money, identity, medical, or legal text. The output is provided as-is, with no warranty that it is accurate, complete, or fit for a purpose.

We can add, change, or remove tools. Limits, deletion timing, and how a tool works can change. We may pause the site for maintenance or because something broke. We do not promise the site will stay available, stay free, or stay the same.

The site is free and provided as-is. We are not liable for lost files, wrong text, downtime, or decisions you make from the output. If your local law does not allow this limit, it applies to the fullest extent that law allows.

We may update this page. The date at the top will change when we do. If you keep using the site after that, you accept the new terms. If you do not agree, stop using the tools.
