20 MB is the file, not the page
A phone photo, a screenshot, or a whole PDF — the cap is the same. A crisp, text-only file usually stays under 20 MB even at the 20-page limit. A full-colour scan of the same length may not.

We read every page up to 20 per job. If a file runs longer, split it into more than one batch before you drop it in.

What files can I upload?
JPG, PNG or PDF. That is the whole input list. TXT, Word and searchable PDF are outputs of the OCR tools, rather than upload formats. Table and spreadsheet exports are planned.
How big can a file be?
20 MB per file. That covers a phone photo, a screenshot, or a whole PDF, up to the 20-page limit.
Is there a page limit on PDFs?
Yes — up to 20 pages per job. A longer file needs to be split into more than one batch.
